Be part of an unforgettable weekend with international belly dancers such as Belly Dance Superstar Sonia Ochoa, the amazing Tracy Lynn, mind-blowing Edenia Archuleta, the beautifully elegant Tracy Rhaj, and many more gorgeous dancers to be announced!

As a vendor, you will support our festival, gain exposure through advertisement, receive a listing on our website, and engage with our vibrant belly dance community.

The Vendor's Fee includes:

Saturday workshops time slot and Gala Show.
Sunday workshops time slot.
Designated booth space.
1 Table.
1 Chair (you may bring 1 or 2 extra chairs).
Wi-Fi Access during the event.
Advertising on Social Media.
Listing on this website.

Publicity & Listing:

Inclusion in the event’s promotional materials.
Mention on the festival website, with a link to your business in the SPONSORS section.
Social media promotion or shout-outs leading up to and during the event.
There is organic traffic and we'll have paid ads leading up to the event.

Terms and Conditions:

Each vendor is provided with one table and one chair.
Vendors must bring their own racks, tablecloths, or covers.
No stapling, nailing, gluing, or pinning items to walls or any venue surfaces.
Each vendor space includes two admissions—one for the vendor and one for an assistant.
Setup begins promptly—please arrive on time.
Tear-down must be completed quickly to allow staff to collect tables and chairs.
Vendors must leave their space clean after the event.
Vendors are responsible for the security of their own items.
Low-value items may be left overnight, but do not leave personal or high-value items.
Only belly dance-related items may be sold.
